Community specialist is the bridge between the development team and the players community to improve the game. He provides aid or solution for any inquiries or issues in the game via email, Helpshift, Facebook, Google Play, iTunes or any other channels. Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin and such, by conceptualizing art assets, contents and gimmicks for our supported games and the company. Create Vlogs, articles, press releases for our supported games and the company.
Helps the Community Manager conceptualize assets to use for paid campaigns on Facebook, Google Adwords and other Ad Networks. Set up push notifications, in-app campaigns, email campaigns and sponsored campaigns in the game to proactively reach out to the players for better conversions.
Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
Very strong English & Traditional Chinese written and oral communication skills.
At least 1-year Customer Support experience in any industry.
Social Media Savy.
Person must be good presenter and communicator.
Ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated, self-learning and self-discipline.
Ability to manage time and prioritization of work tasks.
